Delivery & Return

Delivery

If you order before 3:00 PM on weekdays, your package will be shipped within two business days. If you order over the weekend, your order will be processed and shipped on Monday. You will always receive a shipping confirmation. Small orders that fit through the letterbox are shipped in an envelope; this does not include a tracking code. Our packages are shipped with MyParcel (PostNL), and you will receive the tracking code by email. For orders within the Netherlands, shipping takes approximately two business days, to Belgium four business days, to Germany four to five business days, to France five to six business days, and to Spain six to seven business days. This may occasionally take a little longer, for example, during holidays or peak periods.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with one or more items, it is of course possible to return them. To do this, send an email to service@loveibiza.nl with your name, order number and what you want to return. We will then try to contact you within 1 working day about what the next steps are. The cost for the refund are for the client.
